Office Staff deal with client documentation from sorting invoices to final production of VAT calculations and VAT Returns. Hours are flexible and work can be done at home. You must reside within the Norwich or Chelmsford localities. At present we have no vacancies but we are always willing to hold CVs of suitable applicants on file.
Customer Liaison Representatives are responsible for bringing the benefits of our unique service to independent retailers and servicing our clients on an ongoing basis. We are always willing to talk with anyone with sales experience in a professional environment. Due to our current rate of expansion, vacancies exist throughout most of the United Kingdom.

Kingswood Accounting has built a successful business in providing value-for- money, indispensible services to the independent retail trade. Most newsagents, grocers, convenience stores and village shops pay more VAT than is necessary - sometimes as much as 10% of their net profit. We do them a great service by reducing this unnecessary overhead. And by always putting their interest first and taking a genuine interest in their individual businesses, we have achieved an enviable client retention rate.
Even the most complex VAT Retail Schemes can be calculated by hand. So why isn't everyone using the best scheme? Because the calculations involved in the complex schemes (which tend to save the most money) take too long to be economic.
Kingswood Accounting has developed, in our opinion, the most effective computer software for calculating the range of VAT Retail Schemes available to the independent retailer. We feel it beats anything available either on the open market or within the franchise operations. We are willing to make the software available to suitable professionals in one of two formats:
A comprehensive training package on VAT Retail Schemes and how their benefit can be marketed to independent retailers. Full ongoing support in all aspects of this business. Rental of the Enigma VAT Program. This package will be of interest to suitably experienced accountants, bookkeepers and business finance professionals who wish to broaden the range of services they offer.
For VAT accountants and VAT consultants already experienced in VAT Retail Schemes we offer the Enigma VAT Program on a simple rental basis. The program is fully supported but no support on VAT aspects is provided.
